JWC Holdings operates the Jet World Championship, the JWC Propeller Series and the JWC University Series. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: privacy@americanjetcenter.com.

Newsletter subscriptions (email address only). University Series Wing registrations (competitor names, university email addresses, institution and country). Propeller Series trial applications (contact details, declared flying experience or ladder rank, availability). Anonymous skill-drill scores, which carry no identifier. Standard server logs.

A trial application asks you to declare your experience. It does not ask for, and the form will not accept, copies of licences, medical certificates or logbooks. Those are requested only from candidates offered a trial, and are verified at the trial itself rather than stored in advance. We deliberately do not hold documents for applicants who are not progressing.

At application we ask for an age bracket rather than a date of birth, because a bracket is sufficient to assess eligibility. Exact date of birth and identity documents are taken at trial, from candidates who are progressing.

To operate the competitions you enter, to verify enrolment and eligibility, and — where you have asked for it — to send you championship news. We do not sell personal data.

Consent for the newsletter, withdrawable at any time by the unsubscribe link in every message. Contract and legitimate interest for competition entries, since we cannot run a competition without knowing who is in it.

University Series competitors must be enrolled students, and enrolment is verified against a university email address at T-8 weeks. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 through this site.

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Trial applications that do not progress are deleted at the end of the selection cycle. Applications that do progress are retained for the qualification cycle plus the statutory retention period. Server logs for 90 days.

Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to processing. Where UK or EU law applies you may also complain to your national supervisory authority. Write to privacy@americanjetcenter.com and we will respond within one month.

With the promoter of a round you have registered for, where operationally necessary; with processors who host this site and send our email, under contract; and where required by law. Broadcast and media partners receive no personal data from this site.
