Pilot candidates

Early-career professional pilots with aerobatic or formation experience. A current medical and a demonstrable aerobatic background are the two hard gates.

Gamer candidates

Top-ranked players from the Sim-to-Sky ladder. Entry to the ladder is free and open, and ranking is the only route through.

Both

Trials assess the pairing as much as the individual. Communication under load is scored explicitly.

Selection happens on Propeller Selection Day in Q4 2028 and is made by the badge holders, not by the league. A place in the Propeller Series is a place in the Propeller Series — it is not a Jet World Championship contract and creates no claim on one.
